Hi everyone! I'm planning to get a minor aesthetic procedure done while I'm in Korea, but I'm flying back home a few days after. I'm a bit nervous about managing swelling during the travel and once I'm back. Has anyone done this before?

I'm wondering what kinds of aftercare products I should bring with me or buy there—like cooling masks, gentle cleansers, that kind of thing? I want to be realistic about what to expect and not panic if there's still some puffiness on the plane lol.

Also, any general tips for keeping swelling down while traveling? I'm thinking compression, staying hydrated, maybe elevating my head on the flight? I'm not even sure if all of that actually helps or if I'm just overthinking it 😅
