Hi everyone, I'm Peiyu from Taiwan. I've been thinking about getting a treatment in South Korea lately, but honestly, I'm incredibly nervous about planning the whole trip. Just the airfare, accommodation, and the treatments themselves are giving me a huge headache. I have absolutely no idea how many days I should allow. Like, can I go back to work immediately after the treatment, or do I need to rest for a few days? Does anyone have experience planning their trips?
I'm a little worried about exceeding my budget, but I don't know how to estimate it. I can manage the airfare, but the treatments themselves seem to have a wide price range, and I'm not sure if my budget is enough. Has anyone done similar planning and can give me some advice? For example, how many days do I usually need to stay, and should I arrange follow-ups?
Also, I'm a little worried about whether traveling abroad alone for treatment is too risky. Does anyone want to share how they overcame this psychological barrier? I feel like I'm saving money and doing research at the same time, but I still have many questions. If anyone has experience with this, I'd really love to hear your thoughts!
