Hi there, I'm Pim and I'm planning to get a beauty treatment in Seoul next month. The thing is, I'm worried about communication. My English is decent, but I'm not really comfortable using it for medical-related matters.
I wanted to ask anyone who's been before—at the actual clinic, is English enough to communicate with the doctor, or just with the staff? Has anyone gone without speaking any Korean at all? Did you feel uncomfortable during the consultation with the doctor? I think it's really important to translate the details of your symptoms accurately. 😅
Does anyone want to share their experience? Like, how well do the doctors and staff there actually understand English? Or should I find a translator to bring along? Thanks so much.
