Does anyone have experience with post-procedure care in Korea? 😅

Hi everyone! I'm Vy, and I just had a minor procedure done in Seoul, and now my face is quite swollen. It's not too uncomfortable, but I want to make sure I take proper care of it so it heals quickly and the bruising is minimal.

Do you have any experience with reducing swelling and post-procedure skincare? I've heard that cold is good, but I don't know exactly what I should do. I'm also trying to figure out what to avoid in the next few days — netting, sunlight, exercise, or something like that?

Could someone share their post-procedure skincare routine? I'd love to know what you usually do in the morning and evening. Thanks a lot! 💕
