This is my first time traveling abroad alone for something like this, so I'm still confused about how to arrange everything—from flights, hotels, to how long I need to stay there.

What I want to know is, for treatments that require follow-up, roughly how many days is the minimum stay? I've read a lot online, but the information is so varied and just makes me more confused. Also, what strategies do you usually use to manage your budget? Should I book the clinic first, or research hotel locations before planning flights?
