Hello everyone, I'm Juan. I'm recently considering getting a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul. However, I'm a bit worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but I basically don't know any Korean. I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with clinics there providing translators or English communication during consultations. Or is it better to hire a translator yourself?
I've read some posts and it seems like some clinics might have English-speaking staff, but I'm not sure if that's the case everywhere. Has anyone been there recently and can share their actual experience? Also, do I need to book an appointment in advance for a consultation?
Honestly, my biggest concern is miscommunication, which could affect the effectiveness of the consultation. Some people have mentioned bringing a translator, but that might increase costs, and I haven't decided on that yet. I would be very grateful for any advice!

Hi Juan! I'm also considering getting procedures done in Seoul and wanted to ask if you've already contacted any clinics? They can usually tell you if they offer English consultations. I've heard some places do arrange for English-speaking staff in advance, so you could try emailing or calling them first to ask.
