Is English sufficient for consultations in Seoul, or is Korean absolutely necessary?

Hello everyone, I'm Juan. I'm recently considering getting a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul. However, I'm a bit worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but I basically don't know any Korean. I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with clinics there providing translators or English communication during consultations. Or is it better to hire a translator yourself?

I've read some posts and it seems like some clinics might have English-speaking staff, but I'm not sure if that's the case everywhere. Has anyone been there recently and can share their actual experience? Also, do I need to book an appointment in advance for a consultation?

Honestly, my biggest concern is miscommunication, which could affect the effectiveness of the consultation. Some people have mentioned bringing a translator, but that might increase costs, and I haven't decided on that yet. I would be very grateful for any advice!
