How can a foreigner understand Korean reviews?

Hello, ladies! I'm Odval from Mongolia. I'm interested in the idea of relaxing my mind, and many people say that it's good to get a massage from Korea. However, I have a problem reading medical reviews on the Internet — it's very difficult to navigate Hangul sites, and even using a translator, it's probably not good for the reader to feel the truth.

How do you, as a foreigner, usually read these reviews? Why don't they look good? Are there any negative aspects of the hospital that need to be corrected — for example, things that are too good, pictures of well-groomed women? I want to understand the news that I haven't heard before, and I have a high level of understanding.
