I wonder what's causing it. Is it because I'm not eating enough protein?

Are you in the early stages of hair loss? If it's still early, try preventing further shedding with stem cell injections. QBCUBE's scalp stem cell injections are quite popular these days.
Oh no.. a lot?
Oh no, I'm so sorry.
Is it more than 100 hairs falling out a day...? Is it rapid weight loss or stress?
You really need to take care of your hair in advance ㅠㅠ I think managing it with something like scalp stem cell injections might be a good idea.. Qvic is well-known, so you should check it out.
Try increasing your protein intake and switching to a mild shampoo with gentle ingredients. Harsh products can also be a contributing factor. I'm currently using Cheongmijeong Seaweed Shampoo, and its main ingredients are plant-based, making it very gentle.
I've been managing my scalp at home with a slow-aging shampoo and scaler, taking iron supplements, and focusing on protein-rich meals, and my hair fall has reduced! I've also been avoiding greasy, spicy, and salty foods as much as possible!
Protein could also be a factor, but hair loss is also heavily influenced by hormones, stress, and scalp condition, so it's good to get it checked out ㅠ I felt much more at ease after getting a diagnosis and explanation of the causes at Hair On!
