I had been hearing that there is a high possibility of hereditary hair loss, so I was worried.
Lately, I’ve been sweating more and my scalp has been itchy all over. Crucially, I can feel my hair snapping when I use a curling iron or comb it.
(The volume at my part isn't what it used to be, and my hair has noticeably thinned.)
I went to Hair On Clinic for a detailed examination, and they said my nutrition and dietary habits were major issues.
My scalp condition was also very poor, so I’m currently receiving a treatment package that includes Botox. It’s a relief that the hair loss has decreased quite a bit.
Actually, I had been seeing signs of thinning hair for a while, but I waited a few months before going because I thought it was nothing serious.

Wow, that was a quick check-up! So glad to see the results! Initially, my diet and sleep really did affect my hair. I'll share a little experience: I stopped eating fried foods so often and tried to get more rest. I noticed my scalp actually improved. Wishing you success with your treatment! 💪
Oh my gosh, I can totally relate to your experience! I also ignored the warning signs of an itchy scalp before, and only later realized how much diet really matters. After I started eating more black sesame seeds and nuts, my hair loss actually improved 😭
Oh man, I totally get the scalp itch thing — I had that too and honestly didn't realize how much it was affecting everything until I actually went in. The nutrition angle really resonated with me since I was basically living on coffee and toast lol. Glad the treatments are helping you see less shedding already!
Reading this really resonated with me because I also pay close attention to my scalp condition and vitamin deficiencies. I'm glad to hear your hair loss has improved! I'm also considering getting a proper check-up here.
