Hi girls! 😊 I'm Huda from the UAE, and I just finished a minor procedure here in Korea. It was my first time doing something like this. Thank God, everything went well, but there's a little swelling and bruising, which is normal—I expected it. My question is: are there any specific things that helped reduce the swelling faster? I'm currently trying to sit comfortably and use cold packs, but I don't know if there are any other things you can do.
I've heard from people that cold compresses are important for the first two days, and then warmth. I have a break from work for a while, so I'm trying to rest as much as possible. Everyone told me something slightly different 😅, so I really hope you'll share your experiences with me—how many days did it take for the swelling to go down for you? And are there any things you avoided? I just want to know what worked for you!
Thank you in advance, sweeties! 💕

I agree about resting. Whenever I go to Korea and do a small procedure like this, try elevating your head while sleeping; it helps reduce swelling to some extent. And remember to avoid salty foods and alcohol in the beginning. I found that it improved a lot by day 3-4. Keep going! 💪
Hello! This is my first time having this kind of treatment too, and I'm icing it on right now 😅 I wanted to ask you, were you told how long after the treatment you could wash your face or put on makeup? I heard some people have to wait a few days before getting their skin wet, but others say the next day is fine. It seems like everyone's experiences are different~
Hi Hada! This is my first time doing this kind of treatment, and I'm currently using cold compresses 😅 I was wondering if you've tried elevating your head while sleeping besides cold compresses and rest? I heard that can help reduce swelling, but I don't know if your doctor has mentioned this?
