What I'd like to know: roughly how many days are ideal for treatment and recovery before I can return? I'm worried that staying too long will increase costs, but if I leave too soon, it usually takes time to settle in, right? Plus, I'm still unclear about the budget concept — can anyone share their experience on how they organized treatment + flight + hotel costs without too much stress? Is it better to book a package or arrange things separately?
