Should I go to Seoul for eye surgery? Do you have any experiences with this?

My sister is considering flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. She's seen many people in online groups praising the natural-looking results in Korea, but she's still wondering if it's worth the trip. Are the costs for flights, hotels, and post-operative recovery reasonable?

Her biggest concern is follow-up. What if something goes wrong after she returns to Vietnam? Will she have to fly back for a check-up? She also wants to know if anyone has had a follow-up appointment or if online consultations are sufficient?

Another thing is she's unsure how long she should stay in Seoul. She imagines the swelling will last for quite a while after the surgery, and she doesn't want to return to Vietnam while her face is still swollen. Could anyone with experience share their advice? Thank you so much!
