Hello! I'm Odval, from Mongolia. I'm planning to visit a women's hair clinic in Seoul at the end of this year, but I'm facing a challenge. While speaking English is possible, I'm curious if there's an option to communicate clearly in Mongolian or Russian. Has anyone here tried this before?
I suppose speaking only in English might be okay, but I'm concerned about whether I can accurately convey the detailed condition, the treatment process, or my medical history. What options have people from our country who have come to Seoul chosen for consultations? Do the doctors or assistants speak Mongolian or Russian, and is there an additional fee? I'd love to hear about any experiences!

I had the same concerns when I traveled from Japan to Korea, and I think the most reliable way is to ask the clinic directly about language support via email or phone beforehand. Seoul has many international clinics, so there should be quite a few that offer English services. How was the language support when you actually had your consultation?
