Hello friends! I just had a small procedure and now I'm in the recovery phase after it. There are some bruises on my face and some minor blemishes. I thought it was normal, but it started and I was a little worried.
From your experience, in addition to the recommendations of the doctor, can you tell me your best practices? For example, using cold compresses, or any other recommendations? Can I do facials or just do basic sulfate training? Have you chosen a few days to wait?
What have people from Mongolia done or asked? Any advice or experience would be great! Thanks friends.

I'm also considering a similar procedure, so this post is very helpful! It seems like timing is very important, I hope you get well soon 💙
I understand your anxiety! I recently had a simple procedure myself and was surprised to experience a small problem similar to yours.😅 I think following your doctor's instructions is most important, but I'm just focusing on keeping the area cool and moisturized, and waiting for time to heal it. It might be best to avoid massages immediately after the procedure. I'd love to hear about other people's experiences too!
Oh, I understand! At first, I was hoping it would go away on its own, but it actually got worse 😅 So, I've been applying cold snow to my face every day and trying to avoid facial massages for fear of irritating it further. For real results, you need patience and gentle care as advised by the doctor!
