Hi everyone, I'm Anh from Vietnam. I just had a minor procedure done in Seoul yesterday, and now my face is swollen and a little bruised. The doctor gave me basic instructions, but I'd like to hear about other people's experiences.
I'm curious if anyone else has gone through something similar? How long does the swelling and bruising usually last? I'm trying to lie on my head, avoid touching my face, drink plenty of water... but I don't know if there are any other ways.
Does anyone recommend anything for the initial recovery phase? I'm not sure what's safe to use. What do you usually do to help speed up the process? I would be incredibly grateful to hear about your experiences! 🙏

Hi sister! I also had a similar small procedure done in Seoul. I was wondering if you're using anything besides ice packs? I was a little worried that using the wrong products would affect my recovery, so I'd like to hear your experience. 😊
I had a similar procedure done in Korea, and my face was quite swollen a few days ago 😅 I found that cold compresses really help. You just wrap ice cubes in a clean towel and gently apply it. Your approach of drinking plenty of water and avoiding touching your face is already very correct!
