Hi everyone, I'm Trang from Vietnam. I had a minor procedure here in Seoul a few days ago, and now I'm experiencing some swelling and bruising. I know this is normal after these types of procedures, but I wanted to ask if anyone has any general advice – what's the best way to care for myself to help the bruising subside faster and reduce swelling?
I've been trying cold compresses daily, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Does anyone have a routine or any tips that helped during their recovery? I know everyone heals differently, but I'd still love to hear about your experiences. Thank you all! 💕

Hey Trang! I'm curious — how many days post-procedure are you now? I've heard the timeline for swelling can vary a lot depending on what you had done, so I'm wondering if yours is already starting to improve at all or if it's still pretty fresh.
Hello Trang! I can totally relate because I've had a similar experience 😅 I think cold compresses are the right approach, and my swelling naturally subsided after a few days. It really is true that everyone's recovery is different. I was also considering getting a simple procedure in Seoul soon, and your experience is incredibly helpful. I'm curious about your recovery process too, and I hope you continue to heal well! 💕
Hi Trang! I'm curious, how has your condition been these past few days? Has the swelling started to go down, or is it still quite noticeable? I'd also love to know how long swelling and bruising typically last from your experience, as I might have a similar plan 😅
Hey Trang! I totally get the swelling and bruising thing – I had some after my procedure too. Honestly, keeping up with the cold compress routine like you're doing sounds right, and I found it helped to just be patient and gentle with my skin for like a week or so. Everyone's timeline is different for sure, but hang in there! 💕
