Hi everyone, I'm Zhen. I had a minor procedure done in Seoul a couple of days ago, and my face is a bit swollen and bruised right now. Although the doctor gave me some advice, I wanted to hear how other friends who've had similar procedures in Korea managed their aftercare.
For the past few days, I've mainly been applying ice packs, sleeping with my head elevated, and trying to eat bland foods. But honestly, I'm not entirely sure if I'm doing it right. Are there any sisters out there willing to share your recovery experiences? For example, how long does it take for the swelling to go down, and what should I pay attention to so the bruising fades as quickly as possible?
Also, I wanted to ask if there are any other tips besides ice packs? I'm a little worried about leaving any marks. I'd really appreciate any advice you can offer and look forward to hearing your stories!

Hi Zhen! I'm also thinking about trying a similar procedure in Seoul, so I was so happy to read about your experience. What you did seems pretty good—cold compresses, sleeping with a high pillow, and eating light foods are indeed often recommended. I'm really looking forward to hearing if other friends want to share their recovery experiences, as I'm also concerned about the swelling timeline and treatment consistency. Hope you get well soon!
