Tips for treating swelling after minor procedures + products to bring when traveling?

Hi everyone! I'm Gita, and I have a question. I'm planning to have a minor procedure in Korea next month, but I'll be traveling around the country right afterward and won't be able to return home right away. So I'm worried about swelling and how to manage it while traveling.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What should I bring from home or buy in Korea to help reduce swelling? I've heard about cooling products and special aftercare skincare, but I don't know which ones to choose. How long does the swelling usually last? I'm really scared of looking weird in photos, haha.

Also, I have a question: do you have any recommendations on how to get enough rest while traveling? Should I avoid certain activities? Thank you so much for your help!
