Hey everyone! So I'm seriously thinking about getting some work done while I'm in Korea, but I'm running into this problem — I can barely read Korean, so I'm having a really hard time actually understanding what people are saying in reviews. Like, I can use Google Translate but it's obviously not perfect, and I'm worried I'm missing important details or context.
How do you all navigate this? Do you rely on English reviews only, or have you found ways to read Korean ones that actually make sense? And honestly, what are some red flags I should be watching out for when I'm looking at clinics or practitioners? Are there certain things in reviews that should immediately make me go "nope, next"?
I'm also curious — have any of you dealt with language barriers when trying to ask follow-up questions or understand aftercare instructions? I want to be smart about this and not just book somewhere because it looks pretty on Instagram, you know?
Thanks in advance! Would love to hear about your experiences.
