Hello everyone, I'm Nan. I'm planning to get a small cosmetic procedure done in Korea soon, but I'll be traveling abroad afterward and I'm a bit worried about post-procedure care. I'd like to ask for some advice from those with experience.
I've heard there's a swelling period after these kinds of procedures, and I'm particularly curious about everyone's usual care routine. How should I schedule cold and hot compresses? I've seen some people mention certain foods can help reduce swelling, but I'm not sure if they're actually effective.
Also, if I need to take a flight, are there any special precautions I should take during the swelling period? Someone suggested I bring some skincare products back home to continue using, but I'm not sure what specifically to bring. Are hydrating masks and repair creams enough? Or are there other products that would be more helpful? Experienced ladies, could you please share your tips?

I've been in that situation before too! What I did was ask the doctor first how long I should wait before flying, because everyone's body responds differently. I hope your preparations go smoothly and your vacation is fun!
