Hi friends! I'm planning to get a small beauty procedure done in Seoul soon. However, I'm a little worried because I'll need to go hiking afterward. Do you have any advice on how to care for swelling and what products to bring?
I've been researching special post-procedure care. I've heard that using things like cold compresses or chamomile tea packs after a procedure can help reduce swelling. Do you agree? Should I pack insurance for my trip?
Also, a question: what are some good beauty products for swelling that are allowed through airport security? I need to make a travel-friendly packing list. I'd love to get advice from those with experience!

I understand, I was thinking about a similar situation. Hiking sounds a bit tough, doesn't it? Cold towels and chamomile tea bags do seem to be things many people try, but I feel like the effectiveness varies from person to person. It's a good idea to check the liquid rules for carrying things onto an airplane!
Hi there, do you have any experience with hiking right after a procedure? I'm going on a trip soon and I'm worried that a lot of activity might affect my recovery process.
During my last trip to Seoul, I had the exact same problem! My tip is to carry a small ice pack wrapped in a soft cloth in your bag and try to minimize leg stretching on the first day. Plenty of shade also helps. I'm curious to know what methods others use 😊
