What do you all do about swelling and bruising after minor cosmetic procedures?

Hi, this is Hina. Last week I had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul, but I'm experiencing more swelling and bruising than I expected...😅 I've never had a procedure done overseas before, so I don't know what kind of aftercare is correct.

I heard that applying a cold compress immediately after the procedure is good, but I'd like to know how long I should apply it, and what to do afterwards. I'd love to hear about everyone's experiences. I have work, so I really want the swelling to go down as quickly as possible, but I know I shouldn't overdo it.

If anyone has had a procedure done overseas, or has had a similar experience, I would be grateful if you could tell me what kind of daily care you did. In particular, how long does it take for the swelling to subside, and what precautions should I take? Sorry if this is a strange question 😭
