What should I bring for swelling care after a minor procedure in Korea?

Hello, it's Ana. I'm planning a trip to Korea next month and thinking about getting a minor cosmetic procedure. I have a question about post-procedure swelling care.

I'm not sure how to reduce swelling before I return home... I've heard that cooling is important, but are there any ways to reduce swelling before flying back, or what kind of items should I bring? Things like soothing sheet masks or cooling gels – what do you all use?

Also, I'd appreciate any advice on what to be mindful of for daily care after returning home. I plan to ask about the specifics of the procedure during my consultation, but I'd be happy to hear any general experiences with swelling management. I'm a bit anxious since it's my first time 😅
