Should You Get It Done in Vietnam or Fly to South Korea?

Hi everyone, my name is Lan. I'm stuck between two choices and honestly don't know how to decide anymore. I want to get a cosmetic procedure done, but the thing is I can either do it in Ho Chi Minh City or fly to South Korea. Both options have their own pros and cons, and I'm kind of confused.

If I do it in Vietnam, it's convenient — I don't need to ask permission from my company to travel far, and it's more familiar. But what worries me is whether the quality is guaranteed, and I also want to find a place with high expertise. As for Korea, I know it's famous in this field, but... the cost, flight time, and the language barrier with Korean are also issues.

Has anyone in the group been in a similar situation before? How did you decide? What are the things I should consider? I really appreciate your advice!
