Lately, when I take pictures,
I feel like one side of my face looks wider. ㅠ
Come to think of it, when I'm working,
I tend to rest my chin on one side.
My neck also seems to be tilted to one side,
and my shoulders look asymmetrical too.
For things like this, would it be better to get treatment for my neck and shoulders together,
rather than just focusing on my face?
I'm worried because I feel like it's getting more and more misaligned for no reason.

Try a place that treats your neck and shoulders along with your face.
Are there any good places around Apgujeong?
I heard that places like Selpa By Cheongdam treat the lymphatic system and neck/shoulder area together.
I also received a consultation for asymmetry, and they told me that various habits can cause asymmetry. I was so stressed just looking in the mirror that I eventually got corrective treatment, and it improved a lot. I had it done at BRLPL Korean Medicine Clinic, so if you're concerned, I recommend at least getting a consultation ㅠㅠ
Oh, a Korean medicine clinic would be a good option too ㅠㅠ
Oh I totally get this! I noticed the same thing with my posture habits, and honestly just being *aware* of it helped me catch myself leaning on one side throughout the day. I started doing some gentle neck stretches and trying to sit more evenly, and after a few weeks it felt like things were already looking a bit more balanced in photos? Might be worth checking your overall posture first before considering anything else—our bodies are super adaptable!
