Consultation and recommendations for post-procedure swelling care, and items to pack for a trip.

Hi everyone, my name is Ja! I'm planning a 3-4 day beach trip after a minor procedure in Korea, and I'm currently worried about swelling and post-procedure care. I wanted to ask if anyone has traveled after a procedure – what items should I bring, like cooling gels, masks, or anything else? Or are there things I should avoid?

I feel like swelling would make the trip less enjoyable 😅 I've heard some foreigners bring high-relief items or portable cooling masks, but I'm not sure if they actually help. And typically, how many days does swelling usually last? Would anyone like to share their experiences? I'd love some advice from my fellow community members! Thanks in advance! 💙
