Hi, my name is Tum. I'm currently considering whether I should go to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. Many friends have mentioned that the city is very specialized in this area. However, I'm wondering if the total cost (airfare, hotel, follow-up checkups) is worth it compared to having the surgery in Thailand. I've heard that the quality might differ, but I'm not entirely sure.

Also, regarding post-operative follow-up, if I need to see the doctor again, will I have to return to Seoul? This is what's making me hesitant, as the wound might require several follow-up appointments. Could anyone who has been there please tell me if it's really necessary to go abroad, or what kind of preparation is worthwhile? I'd appreciate advice based on real-life experience. 🙏
