Hi everyone, I'm Thao from Vietnam. I'm planning to go for aesthetic treatment in Seoul, but I'm a little worried about finding a clinic. I know English and can use Google Translate, but I feel like machine translation doesn't fully capture the subtle details in reviews, especially when reading from Naver or other Korean apps.
Those of you with experience, could you tell me if there's a way to distinguish between real and fake reviews? What warning signs should I look for? For example, reviews that are too good without before/after photos, or other red flags I should pay attention to? I don't know how to evaluate a clinic when I don't speak Korean fluently.
Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? Or is there a way to find locals or other experienced Vietnamese people to ask for advice? I want to be sure before making a decision. Thank you!

I understand your concerns! When I went, I tried to find Thai people who had been there before in Facebook groups and asked them directly for details, because translations can't really capture the essence of reviews 100%. Also, try looking at before and after photos from multiple people in the same post; that will give you a more realistic perspective.
