Hi everyone, I'm Dan, from China. I'm planning to get some aesthetic treatments done in Korea, but I'm having trouble with reviews. My Korean isn't very good, so I can't understand much on most review sites, and the translations from some apps are really strange. I wanted to ask you all, how do you determine if clinic reviews are genuine?
Also, when looking at reviews and during consultations, are there any red flags I should be particularly aware of? For example, should I avoid places that make overly exaggerated promises or have unreasonably low prices? I've heard that some clinics offer special prices for Chinese customers; is this true? Should I be wary if this is the case?
If you've had similar experiences or have any advice, I'd really love to hear it. I want to find a reliable place, but the language barrier makes me feel a bit helpless... Has anyone here shared how they made their decisions?

Hi Dan! I'm also Chinese and currently considering similar things, so I really understand your concerns. My suggestion is to look for places that offer consultations in Chinese. This way, communication will be much clearer and you can avoid issues with translation errors. Regarding those exceptionally cheap prices or special offers for Chinese customers, I'm also a bit wary. I feel it's best to inquire at a few more places and compare, rather than making a decision based on a single review, as it's hard to distinguish real from fake reviews online. Keep going, let's find the right one together!
