I've tried losing weight through dieting before, but I gained it all back, so I'm a bit scared to start this time.
I just can't stand starving myself these days, so I'm looking into herbal diet medicine. My mom recommended Chaebihwan, so I'm considering it.
But I've also heard that if you lose weight taking things like this, you might actually gain it back later...
I'm curious if anyone has tried it.
I'm worried that I might gain even more weight if I start this for no reason...

I used to experience a lot of yo-yo effects from herbal medicine, so I'm managing my weight with JM Diet IV fluids and Maunzaro. I like it because there is no yo-yo effect and I'm losing weight quickly.
I'm planning to go with herbal medicine.
I was worried about that too, but if I went back to eating the same way, I did gain weight again...
Still, though, it felt like it didn't happen as much if I established some habits while doing it.
Ohoho, I guess I need to get into some habits.
I am currently taking Chaebihwan, and the effects were dramatic for me.
It varies from person to person, but I did control my diet, and I think it is the best because it helps curb my appetite.
For maintaining the weight, I think your own lifestyle patterns are ultimately more important. It wasn't like I experienced a complete rebound effect.
Thank you for letting me know.
