Hey! So I'm planning a trip to Seoul soon and I'm interested in getting some treatments done while I'm there, but I'm honestly feeling a bit lost about how to trust reviews as a foreigner. Like, I can use Google Translate and all that, but I feel like so much gets lost in translation, you know? And I'm worried about fake reviews or just not understanding what people are actually saying.
Have you all developed any strategies for this? Are there certain red flags I should watch out for when looking at clinics online? I'm trying to figure out how to separate legit places from ones that are just hyping themselves up or making claims that seem too good to be true.
Also—and maybe this is a silly question—but how much weight do you put on Korean vs. international reviews? I feel like the Korean reviews might be more detailed but I'm obviously at a language disadvantage lol. Would love to hear how other foreigners have navigated this! Any tips appreciated 🙏

I understand! I had the same problem 😅 Personally, I found it more helpful to look for posts from foreign users on Instagram than to read reviews in Korean. Before and after photos are easy to understand regardless of language, and you can exchange information with other foreigners in the comments section, so please give it a try if you'd like!
