I've always had a lot of hair falling out, but lately, I've been getting really surprised by how big handfuls are falling out. When I grab my hair, it feels like it's shrunk significantly, and the crown of my head feels thin too... ㅠㅠ I'm in big trouble. I'm thinking about trying some hair loss supplements. Have you tried any that were good?
I don't want to just buy anything, so I want to do some research before I buy.

I heard women shouldn't take hair loss supplements incorrectly ㅠㅠ lol. How about trying to manage it with supplements plus a scalp spray? ㅠㅠ I heard black beans are good too...
I really need to look into this carefully.
It is good to take biotin supplements. I compared the dosages and am currently taking Rapunzel Biotin 10,000. I compared biotin content a lot, and this one seems good.
Thank you, I'll look it up right away.
I've seen a lot of people taking biotin, but it doesn't make hair grow instantly; it only helps with consistent care. So, I covered the thinning areas on my crown with Novear Scalp Tattoo as well.
It fills in the empty spots immediately after application, so I feel much more at ease when going out. I also liked that it looks natural and doesn't run or clump when I sweat like regular hair fibers.
Right ㅠ I think I need to take good care of it.
Taking biotin supplements consistently is helpful. Please take one with a high dosage.
I'm planning to try the one with a high content.
I had a hair transplant in the Sinsa area. If you are nearby, I also recommend a hair loss consultation at C.Y.S. Dermatology.
Nutritional supplements didn't have much effect on me, but after receiving laser treatment and follicular injections at Yonsei Reen Dermatology in Yeongdeungpo, my hair loss gradually improved. It is better to get proper treatment.
