Hi everyone, I'm Wen. I'm currently considering a cosmetic procedure, but I'm torn between having it done in China or flying to South Korea. It's more convenient in China, and I can spend the recovery period in a familiar environment. However, I'm still curious about the techniques and experience in South Korea. Friends have told me that Korean doctors are incredibly experienced and their aesthetic sense is very much in line with current trends, but considering the costs of airfare, accommodation, and follow-up appointments, I'm hesitant.

I'd like to hear how you all made your decisions. Do you prioritize the doctor's skill level, or convenience and distance? For those of you who have had the procedure done in South Korea, was it difficult to recover alone in an unfamiliar city? If I have it done in China, are there any special things I should be aware of?
