Hello, this is Tomomi. I recently had a small procedure done in Seoul, and it swelled and bruised more than I expected...😅
I was told the procedure itself was simple and recovery would be quick, but it seems there are individual differences. I'm currently resting at home and monitoring my condition, but honestly, I'm not sure what care is most effective. Should I be icing it, or applying heat? Also, I'm wondering when I can return to my normal daily life.
For those who have had procedures in Seoul, especially similar small ones, what kind of aftercare are you doing? I would be so reassured if you could share your experiences, like what you do to be careful in daily life or any items you found helpful. I'm not looking for medical advice, but rather real-life recovery stories. Thank you in advance!

I totally get how you feel! After my last minor procedure, I was also really swollen. I ended up icing it constantly and sleeping with my head elevated as much as possible, which seemed to help. But everyone is really different; my friend had the same treatment and didn't swell much at all, so it might just be a difference in our bodies. Hope your swelling goes down soon!
