Could you please tell me what precautions I take during post-procedure care, and any tips for reducing swelling and bruising as quickly as possible? I've heard that applying cold compresses is important, but how long should I do it, and is there anything else I can do? I'm a complete novice, so I'd really appreciate advice from someone with experience.
