Hi everyone, this is Haruka. I recently had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul, but I'm experiencing more swelling and bruising than I expected...😅 I have a week until I return home, so I'd like to get it under control as quickly as possible.
Could you please tell me what precautions I take during post-procedure care, and any tips for reducing swelling and bruising as quickly as possible? I've heard that applying cold compresses is important, but how long should I do it, and is there anything else I can do? I'm a complete novice, so I'd really appreciate advice from someone with experience.
Also, if there are any dietary or lifestyle habits I should be careful about, please let me know. For those who have had a similar experience, how long did it take to return to normal? Even just encouraging comments would be greatly appreciated! 💭

Hi Haruka! I've been through something similar, it's so sad 😭 I wanted to ask how often you used a cold mask or cold compress? I'm curious if it helped or if it's mostly just a matter of time.
