Hi everyone, this is Tiantian. I'm currently considering some cosmetic procedures in South Korea, but I've run into a problem—my Korean isn't very good, and I can't understand many reviews and comments. There's so much information online, I really don't know which is true and which might be unreliable.
Could anyone give me some advice? For example, how should I identify potentially problematic reviews? Are there any warning signs I should pay special attention to? For instance, if the promised results sound too perfect, or if the reviews seem too similar?
I know reviews in English or Chinese might also be problematic, but the language barrier makes me even more worried. How do you select and trust information? Has anyone used translation tools? Or are there other ways to verify the reliability of this information? Especially for something as serious as cosmetic procedures, I want to be extra cautious.
Thank you for your suggestions!

I was in the exact same situation as you, and the language issue was really annoying! If the performance seems too good to be true and the posts seem to be the same, try asking first, or talking to other external users and having a good chat—you'll find that's the safest way to find out.
