Hello! My name is Misheel and I'm from Mongolia. I'm planning to visit a hospital this year, but I have a concern. I'm wondering if I can use Mongolian for consultations in Seoul, or if speaking good English would be sufficient?
My English is not fluent, and medical terms, in particular, are quite challenging. What would be the situation if there's a Mongolian interpreter, or not? Have any of you faced a similar challenge in Seoul? Can I send an email in Mongolian when booking appointments with hospitals, or is good English enough?
Also, I'm unsure whether the cost of an interpreter is something I'd have to pay myself or if the hospital covers it. I would be very grateful if anyone with experience could share their insights. Thank you! 😊
