Monday is always a good day

You're right, the start of a Monday is really tough, haha. Did you get a good rest over the weekend? I guess even if you rest, you can't help feeling tired because it's Monday. Try taking vitamins. It definitely makes a difference. Consistency is key in everything, so I've found that taking them consistently is the best way to see results. Supplements are the answer. Vitamin B is good for immunity, so it's a fatigue recovery supplement. Please take it. I also had a lot of work, so I was really tired every morning, couldn't sleep, and was stressed. I searched for supplements and was told to take Vitamin B. Since I can't swallow pills, I bought "Teunteunbi" in powder form, which is easy to take consistently, and I've been taking it every day. Since I started taking this regularly, I've felt less tired. You really need to take supplements. It contains Vitamin B, zinc, and probiotics—all good for immunity and fatigue—so it's cost-effective, has good dosages, and I'm satisfied with everything. I'm really enjoying it.

Taking supplements definitely helps. I take Teunteunbi too, and I've seen great results.
