Hello! My name is Som, and I'm from Thailand. I've recently decided to find a clinic in Korea for a procedure, but the problem is, I can't read Korean very well 😭. I see a lot of reviews, but they're in Korean, and I don't know which websites others use to find reviews. I've tried using translation tools, but I'm not confident the translations are accurate.
My question is, for those of you who have been there once or twice, do you have any methods for checking the credibility of reviews? Are there any red flags I should watch out for, like reviews that seem strange or suspicious? I want to make sure it's as safe as possible.
Also, if I only look at the star ratings (five out of five stars, ten out of ten), is that suspicious? And how does a single person's comment differ from multiple people sharing the same experience? If anyone has experience, please share your advice. Thank you! 🙏

I feel just as confused as you do! 😅 I usually use Google Translate to read reviews, then I look at comments with before/after pictures from many different people, not just one person writing multiple times. As for reviews that are too perfect or use strange wording, I'm naturally wary.
I'm from the UAE and have visited Korea twice. Honestly, I use Google Translate for reviews and then look for the same details on international forums if they exist 😅 Regarding suspicious comments, be wary of those with very strange wording or where all the photos are identical. Try to follow regular people's accounts, not new ones. Frankly, a 5 out of 5 rating is always a little suspicious; real reviews have small details and sometimes minor complaints too 💭
