Hello, friends! I recently had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul. The swelling and redness are really bothering me right now 😅 I thought about how much I needed some good aftercare tips right after arriving here for the first few days.
Has anyone had success with reducing facial swelling and redness after a procedure? I'm interested in cooling and massage techniques. Is it okay to keep it in the fridge? I'm currently trying to avoid mild pain or bruising, but I'm not sure what to do for all the good spots.
People from our culture are usually close by, so please share your best aftercare tips! It might be a common question, but I'm afraid to ask.

I understand! I've had a similar experience, and it's really concerning for the first few days, isn't it? 😅 I found that icing and just trying not to touch it were the most effective methods for me. Also, I felt like sleeping with my head elevated on a pillow made it a little better when I woke up in the morning. I'd love to hear other people's advice too!
This is my first time experiencing this too, and I immediately panicked, haha! From my experience, keeping the area cool and avoiding strenuous activities for a few days really helped—my swelling reduced faster than I expected.
Great work! I'm also considering a similar procedure, so this post is incredibly helpful 😊 The swelling and redness are definitely concerning at first, aren't they? I've been struggling with the same issue regarding cooling, so I'd love to hear about other people's experiences.
