Even after receiving recommendations for toothpastes good for gums, they all seem pretty much the same.
My gums have been weakened for quite a while, and since there are no signs of improvement, I find myself buying them whenever I see a recommendation post. This has been repeating for years. There are times when I feel genuinely sick of it, but I don't know what to do.
I've tried every type of toothpaste that claims to be good for gums, but even after using them consistently for nearly two months, my gums are still swollen every morning, and the bleeding hasn't decreased at all. I've tried this toothpaste and that toothpaste, but while the sensations might be slightly different, my gums themselves don't seem to have changed at all, so I'm starting to feel increasingly helpless.
It's not just once or twice that I've had to discreetly cover my gums with a napkin because they bleed when I bite into something hard while eating with friends. It's also been embarrassing when I have to grimace because my teeth tingle while drinking something cold at a cafe. I've searched for and tried so many toothpastes for gums, but since neither my gum color nor the receding has changed, I don't know where things went wrong, so I'm posting this. If anyone has a method that actually worked for them besides toothpaste, please let me know!

I also searched extensively for toothpaste that is good for gums, but in the meantime, my gums receded so much that it reached the point where I could feel cold air coming between my teeth when drinking through a straw. I ended up completely ruining my gums by relying solely on toothpaste.
The feeling of air coming in when drinking through a straw—just imagining how uncomfortable that must be makes me dizzy. I think I need to properly change my method before I end up like that myself.
I felt compelled to leave a comment because it feels just like seeing myself exactly two years ago. I know... taking care of your gums isn't easy. I tried everything—looking around, using toothpaste that's good for gums, taking medication—but my gum condition just didn't improve easily. Then, a friend who goes to the dentist told me about a gum immunity care supplement, and since I started taking it, managing my gums has become so much easier. Don't just take a chance; I highly recommend giving this gum immunity care supplement a try. You'll see results after just three months!
What is gum immunity care product?
Do I need a separate prescription? My gums have been bad since I was young, so I really need this.
There is a product called Lanositol tablets, and I heard that unlike other gum products, it boosts gum immunity and balances the gums. Since they say it helps with aftercare by building immunity against inflammation and other conditions, I made sure to take it again today.
The one I take is sold at pharmacies, but since it's also available for online ordering, I order it online! I'm leaving the link to the official store here: https://m.site.naver.com/1ZKYf hehe.
Wow... Lanositol tablets... I heard the dentist said home care is essential now, so I think I can take care of it with this.. Thank you for letting me know^^
No matter how much I searched for toothpaste that is good for the gums, it is ultimately just external care, so I realized there are clear limits if your gum immunity is weak. After I started taking supplements for immunity, I felt like my gums were much less prone to breakdown than before!
"Not falling apart" seems like the perfect description. I'd like to experience that feeling too. What supplements do you take?
I only know of Itch. Toothpaste that's good for the gums... I need to use it too...
It's surprisingly hard to find a good toothpaste that's good for your gums.
Can you take care of your gums with toothpaste? That sounds intriguing.
I heard it's good for maintenance purposes.
