I'd like to ask people who have actually had procedures done overseas: how long does it take before and after the procedure? I'm curious about how long it takes for swelling to subside, and when you can return to work. Also, are there any special precautions I should take a week before or on the day of the procedure?

I know there are individual differences, so I'm not looking for guarantees, but simply hearing about your experience, like "this is roughly how long I estimated it would take," would be incredibly helpful.
