Hi, my name is Noon. Many people say that buying post-procedure care supplies in Korea is very expensive. I'm planning a trip to Korea in a few months and thought it would be good to prepare some things from home and bring them with me. Could you please recommend some items I should bring from Thailand?
I'm especially interested in post-procedure care items such as cooling masks, silicone scar sheets, and soothing gels. How do others pack their aftercare items? I'm not sure if these items are easy to find in Korea or if I should buy them here before I go.
I'd really like to know which products are actually useful and worth bringing, or if they're actually easy to find in Korea. I'm waiting for advice from those who have been there before.

I was worried about this too when I went to Korea, but I found that Korean supermarkets and drugstores have tons of soothing products, and the prices aren't as expensive as I thought, so don't worry too much! However, if you're used to certain Thai brands, it's good to bring some as a backup, at least you'll have peace of mind 😊

I also traveled to South Korea from abroad, and I found that you can buy basic personal care products in many pharmacies and supermarkets there, so you don't necessarily need to bring everything from Thailand. However, if you have a preference for certain products, it's a good idea to bring some from home beforehand, just for peace of mind!
I think this is a great idea! I’ve been to Taiwan myself in recent years and I’ve been packing super-shampoo gels and conditioning masks to save money. But keep in mind that most things in Korea aren’t worth the price — whoever you choose should give you good advice on how to take care of them afterward, so they’ll probably tell you what you need to get right away if you ask!
