Has anyone had a slight tip-down procedure done? I'd like to know about aftercare.

Hi! My name is Ja, and I'm a Thai person currently living in Korea 😊 I recently underwent a minor procedure, nothing major, but I noticed some swelling and possibly some minor bleeding, which is normal. I'm taking care of myself now, but I'd like to hear from others who have had similar experiences and have any helpful tips.

I'm focusing on cooling, keeping things clean, and trying to sleep with my head elevated. I didn't sleep very well the first night, but I'm trying to avoid sleeping with my head down. Does anyone have any tips or products to help reduce swelling? I'm hoping to be fine in a few days.
