Hi everyone, I'm Hesti from Indonesia. So I've been wanting to try a specific aesthetic treatment for a while now, and from my research I've heard that Korea has a lot of great options that are more affordable compared to other places. But I'm honestly pretty overwhelmed about the budget, especially when I have to think about plane tickets, hotel, and how many days I'd need to stay there. Has anyone had experience with this who could share how they planned everything?
What I'm confused about is: how long does the procedure itself usually take? Can the first consultation, treatment, and follow-up all be done within 1-2 weeks or does it take longer? And what about recovery time—can I go sightseeing while I'm there or do I mostly need to rest? I'm worried about planning a trip only to find out the treatment takes longer than I expected.
Also, does anyone have tips for realistic budgeting? I know prices can vary depending on the clinic and procedure, so I can't get exact pricing. But I want to know how people approach this—do they save up first and then go, or are there installment options? Thanks so much to anyone willing to share their experience... really appreciate it! 🙏

Hey Hesti! I'm actually looking into something similar and your questions are exactly what I've been wondering too—the timeline and recovery part especially. I think a lot of people do plan for 1-2 weeks total, but I've read that it really depends on what procedure you're getting, so it might be worth asking clinics directly during consultations since everyone's healing is different. As for budgeting, I'm also trying to figure out the best way to save up without overcomplicating it, so maybe we can both keep digging into this!
