Is English sufficient for consulting a doctor in Seoul, or do I need to speak Thai?

Hi, my name is Best and I'm planning a trip to Seoul for a beauty consultation soon. However, I'm worried about the language barrier. My English isn't very good, and I haven't studied Korean at all.

Has anyone been there for a consultation? Could you tell me if any of the doctors or staff speak Thai, or if most clinics have translators or use translation apps? I understand it's natural for foreigners to be prepared, but I'm curious if this is actually a major obstacle.
