Hi, this is Mizuki. I'm thinking of getting a nose filler in Korea, and I have a question about the recovery period between the procedure and my flight home.
My plan is to have the procedure while I'm in Korea and return to Japan about three days later. But, realistically, how long is the downtime for non-surgical fillers? I'm worried about swelling and redness, and whether there's a period of time before I get on the plane...
I'd be grateful if you could share your experiences or anything you've heard. Does the change in air pressure matter? I'd also love to hear any advice on how to spend the time after the procedure. Thank you!

Mizuki, I understand your concern! I was in the same situation 😅 I think it varies from person to person, but swelling and redness seem to differ quite a bit from person to person after 3 days. In my case, it had calmed down considerably by the second day, so I was able to fly, but my friend said she was worried about it for about a week. I think changes in air pressure might also be a factor, so it's best to schedule with some leeway just in case. If you tell the person in charge before the procedure that you have a flight scheduled in 3 days, I think they'll be able to give you advice on aftercare!
