Hey everyone, after a minor procedure, what's the best way to care for your skin to reduce swelling and bruising?

Hello everyone! I'm Anh, and I recently had a minor procedure in Seoul. I'm currently in the recovery phase. I'm experiencing some swelling and bruising, and while the doctor said it's normal, I want to take better care of my skin to speed up healing.

I'd like to ask those of you who have experience: how do you care for your skin after a procedure? Should I keep my face cool, or use a specific cream? I've heard I should avoid strenuous activity and the sun, but do you have any other tips? I'm also unsure about when I can start wearing makeup normally again.
