Hey everyone, I'm really stuck on a decision and would love to hear how others thought through this. I've been researching getting a procedure done, and I can get it done here in the States, but I've also been seriously considering going to Korea to do it instead. Like, the whole trip appeals to me anyway, but I'm genuinely unsure if it's worth the cost and hassle of traveling for something I could technically get closer to home.

I guess my main concerns are: Is the experience/quality actually *that* different, or am I just caught up in the K-beauty hype? And practically speaking—the flight, recovery time, aftercare if something goes wrong from abroad—doesn't that add stress? Plus I have no idea if my insurance would cover anything if I go internationally, which makes me nervous.

For anyone who's done a procedure in Korea: did you feel like it was worth the trip, or do you wish you'd just gone local? And if you chose to stay home instead, what made you decide that way? I'd really appreciate hearing about how you weighed the pros and cons. Right now I'm just going in circles lol.
