What also worries me is the language and communication issues. I'm afraid there'll be a miscommunication between what I want and what they actually offer. Language is a really important issue, but if you communicate your wishes in detail beforehand via email or a translation app, the counseling session will go much more smoothly. I also recommend getting free consultations at multiple clinics!
